			<description>In 1999, a Baptist church in South Africa created a &quot;hole in the wall&quot; in order to save babies.  People were killing or abandoning their babies and leaving them to die.  In an effort to help save these babies, the church provided a literal hole where people can drop the babies through - they would be placed in an incubator.  Their anonimity was guaranteed - the importance was the welfare of the child.
